Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS:
Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, cancellation under 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your service.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no show will be required to pay 75% of the service scheduled.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. If I do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “NO SHOW” and will be treated as a missed appointment
EMERGENCIES:
If you have a personal emergency please notify me asap, and this will be handled on a case by case basis.
