Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 75% of the service total.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If I don’t hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, it will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
