Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, including same-day cancellations, will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
